I love my natural gas meter. I patiently waited one year for their team to make it happen. Even though I was not a current customer, they continued to look out for my interests. They went above and beyond from front office team member Vicki always checking in to make sure I still wanted the gas line; to Seth, the gas tech, who kept trying to get the permits for my street and ultimately did the install, and to their leader, Mr. Dorazio, who trusted his employees and found a way to make a line work through my backyard. Also thanks to the First Presbyterian Church for cooperating on the line. Thanks to all of you I will be so warm this winter with heating through the only means I have ever used in other parts of the US - natural gas piped in. I strongly encourage you to consider this for your home. I suspect it will be easier to get permits for any other property. Leatherstocking will work hard to provide a quality service
