The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has issued guidance on how you can apply for a temporary stay for a pending utility shut-off if you or a member of your household has experienced a medical emergency. Please read the information in the links below and follow the instructions to see if you qualify for a 30-day shut-off moratorium and/or an additional 30-day extension with a qualified medical emergency.
